Arnaki slow cooked
Rear leg of lamb slow cooked, 5 hours in the oven at 120 degrees, traditionally prepared with fresh herbs, in a delicate red wine and thyme sauce, served on delicious celery puree, salad
For each dish – except pasta and vegetariens- we pass a small mixed salad in front. Alternatively, for a surcharge of 2.50 €, a small Greek side dish – “farmers”salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, a peperoni, black olives and grated sheep ‘s cheese Each salad is prepared with our homemade olive oil – balsamic dressing, made from Cretan olive oil! Please inform us when ordering if you do NOT want to have a dressing.
