Owner and Chef is Dimitris Psallidakis. He comes from Ágios Nikólaos, the “Greek St. Tropez” from the island of Crete. Together with his wife Elena Spanopoulou, he has been your host since 2003 and welcomes you with southern charm in his restaurant in the landmarked building in the Bruno Taut settlement. With his team of six chefs, he prepares daily fresh specialties based exclusively on Cretan olive oil and aromatic herbs.
