When the weather is fine, we traditionally grill on this unique grill construction that has been used in ancient Crete! An example of a unice construction “ANTIKRISTO” that was made only for “Der Kretanaer”! Antikristo means “to stand or meet across someone”, so the lambs or pieces of meat are positioned on the spit and grilled!
