We season with first-class fresh herbs, from our own herb garden (see also pictures of the herb garden under “EXTRA CARD“), fresh pepper and Greek sea salt and as a basis the chef uses the best olive oil from Crete, Charisma, which also stands for tasting on your table !

In addition, der Kretaner, daily presents on the table one to two daily specials, which are seasonal and additional excellent meat specialties, such. the Irish Gold Dry Aged Beef Roast Beef, Dry Aged Ribeye Steak, Fresh Veal Cheese, Beef Entrecôte and the Schwäbisch Hällische Schwein from Hohenlohe!

For fish lovers, der Kretaner  always provides fresh fish like bream and loup de mer, which are deliciously prepared on the grill plate!
